Cire de Lune: Handcrafted Mica Wax Skulls & Crystals {120g}

Partake in the lunar dance of the Horses through the legend of Lune and our Cire de Lune scented wax melts. The nocturnal Ruler of the Moon, Wisdom & Grace, born of  light and sight, embodies the mysteries and emotional needs of the human mind.

Highly scented wax melts, hand poured and molded into skulls, miniature mineral treasures, pumpkins, ghouls, and other surprises. Cire de Lune entices the senses with the sweet gentle notes of Powder & Cotton Blossom. Upon melting, a cascade of blue-tinted shimmery light is unveiled, releasing with it gracious notes of Lily of the Valley & Clean Linen. The peaceful fragrance journey concludes with a refreshing embrace of Violet & Light Musk notes. A fresh & clean scent, tinted with a gentle floral landscape.

Each piece of wax is blended, poured, and polished by hand in micro batches. Within the JSJ Wax House, we use a paraffin wax base for our molded waxes to provide a more stable molecular foundation, encapsulating and releasing the fragrance at the optimal time. The vintage inspired labels adorning the glass jar individually torn and découpaged to create an immersive, authentic feel of artisanship. Once wax has been depleted, clean the inside of jar and reuse as a unique planter to cosmetic tool holder!

Crafting molded candles and wax solids may result in the appearance of special texturized surface. There are a variety of methods to increase or decrease the effects as desired. Our molded candles are intended to have these grunge textures to match with our brand and house lore. In truth, we enjoy the look and believe it adds sense of passing time and a rustic aesthetic. Please know that these “bubbles” and indentations are intended and are not inherently a defect. Also, take note that no two molded candles or wax solids are alike: every molded candle will be distressed the same way but results will vary. Images are for reference of technique and general representation, and you will receive the same type of candle or wax solid but with different distressing and markings.

For Coconut & Soy Waxes: The nature of the coconut and soy waxes may result in natural formations of crystals in the wax. This may cause a frosted or texture to appear along the inner sides between the glass container and wax. This is natural, expected, and proves to be harmless in relation to candle performance. Frosting does not indicate a damaged product.

If you received a damaged candle or wax, please reach out to us for a possible resolution. Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages, packages damaged during transportation, nor packages left outside during intense weather or heat conditions.

Our processing time for candle and wax items is 1 - 2 business days. We will always strive to ship items sooner rather than later.

If your wax solids are received damaged, then we acknowledge returns on all candles within 3 days of receipt, but must be returned in the same condition as received. If buyer is responsible for damage, items and/or order will not be eligible for a refund.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
